How does the software purchase at Zeeksecurity work?
1. Buy software
Buy the software you want easily and securely in the shop using SSL encryption.
2. Product via email
After a successful order, you will receive the product key and download link by email.
3. Install
Download and install your product.
4. Activate
Activate your product with the product key. (For the pre-paid subcription product, the subcription will be renewed in your own product account)
As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive the order confirmation. Digital product keys are sent within 24 hours. If desired, the delivery can be accelerated. Sending by e-mail is free of charge for you.
How do I get my product key?
As soon as you place an order, you will receive all further information from us by e-mail.
- After your order, you will first receive the order confirmation, than you will receive another email in which the download file of the purchased software is stored, so that you can download the programme directly after your purchase.
- You will receive the order confirmation and licence data at the same time in two separate e-mails.
- The delivery of the licence data can vary between 0-20 minutes.
- Excluded are: Business products and a few other products. These are ordered on an order-by-order basis, so the delivery can take up to 24 hours.
- For the pre-paid subcription product, the subcription will be renewed in your own product account.
- If you purchase in advance, your order will be processed after receipt of payment.

Do I have a guarantee for the life of my software?

A full version is a computer program that is fully available.
With us you only get software that you can use to the full extent. We do not offer trial versions.

Payments by credit card are processed by our payment partner PAYPAL in accordance with current security standards. If you pay by credit card, your account will be debited when your order is shipped.

How do I change my payment method?
You can change your payment method at any time in your user account under Payment methods.
What to do in case of payment issues when buying a license or subscription?
- Make sure that you have entered the details such as bank card number, name and zip code correctly.
- Update your payment details if your bank card has expired.
- If the payment was declined, try another payment method. For example, a different bank card.
- If the payment page is displayed incorrectly, try opening it in the incognito (private browsing) mode.
